Monthly Membership Terms

Your membership includes two coaching sessions and up to 10 coaching-related support emails per monthly billing period.

The initial commitment is six consecutive monthly billing periods at $425 each, totaling $2,550, payable in six monthly installments. Your membership start date, initial term end date, and billing schedule will be confirmed in your completed coaching agreement.

You authorize monthly payments of $425 using the payment method you provide through the secure payment system.

After the initial six-month term, your membership automatically continues at $425 per month until canceled. Payments are charged at the start of each monthly billing period on the schedule shown at checkout and confirmed in writing.

You may request cancellation at any time using the online cancellation form or by emailing shaunawarden@gmail.com.

Cancel My Membership

You do not need to schedule a session, explain your decision, or speak with me to cancel.

Submitting the form records your cancellation request. You will receive written confirmation of your final payment date and membership end date.

During the initial six-month term: Your cancellation request schedules your membership to end at the end of that term and prevents renewal afterward. The six agreed monthly installments remain due, subject to the three-business-day cancellation promise below and any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

After the initial six-month term: A cancellation request received before your next monthly charge takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No further monthly renewal charge will be collected.

Your membership services remain available through your confirmed membership end date.

You may cancel your coaching agreement by sending written notice to shaunawarden@gmail.com within three business days after signing, excluding weekends and holidays. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund of all monies paid.

Except for this promise or rights required by law, paid membership periods are not prorated when cancellation takes effect at the end of a billing period. The refund calculation for single sessions and session packages does not apply to the membership.

You may stop participating in coaching at any time. Stopping participation alone does not change the payment obligations or membership end date in your signed agreement.

These membership terms describe the six-month membership offered under the updated coaching agreement. Existing clients remain subject to their original signed terms unless they agree to updated terms.

Nothing in these terms limits cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
