Co-parenting coaching provides a neutral, structured space for separated or divorced parents to improve communication, reduce conflict, and make child-centered decisions together.
As a Certified Divorce & Co-Parenting Coach, I work with families navigating high-conflict dynamics, parallel parenting, court involvement, and emotionally charged transitions. Sessions are guided, practical, and focused on forward progress — not rehashing the past.
Parenting together after separation doesn’t have to feel like a war zone — but it does require structure, clarity, and accountability.
I help parents reduce reactive communication, establish firm boundaries, and create parenting plans and systems that actually work in real life, especially in high-conflict or post-litigation situations.
Why Co-Parent Coaching Works
Co-parent coaching works because it creates a structured, neutral environment where parents can slow down reactive patterns, clarify expectations, and make decisions with their children’s best interests at the center.
When both parents participate, progress happens faster — and when only one parent participates, coaching focuses on boundaries, strategy, and reducing escalation.
